With over 30 years in the audio visual industry, Ron's design and project management credits include theme parks, museums, resorts, convention centers, casinos, Fortune 500 companies, and DoD projects around the globe.

Following an auto accident in 2019, the idea came to Ron to combine his knowledge of technology with the doctors' and therapists' exercises and observations, thus the cogniTV project was born.

Jenni started working with Ron as a Project Administrator in 2008 and assisted with public relations and event marketing as well as event and travel management. Over the years, they have teamed up on several projects and she has worked to create a strong foundation for many companies by integrating Microsoft Teams to streamline the process for any project or task across the board.

Steve “Chappy” Chapman started his career while still in college as a Multimedia author using Macro Media Director and Author ware, back when CD-ROM was a preferred delivery method. As technology evolved, he shifted to a focus on video production and media creation, along with designing, installing and supporting AV systems.

Director of Module Design & Training

Talya received her MPT from Howard University in 1998. She has over 20 years of clinical experience as a physical therapist in diverse clinical settings. Her expertise includes providing advanced therapist training on innovative medical technology. Throughout her career she has helped many skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies, outpatient clinics and other rehabilitation providers improve treatment outcomes, raise standards of care, and enhance quality of life for patients.
